Other than UC Berkely and UC Los Angeles, what are the good UC schools for Economics and International Affairs? I was looking at a few sites, but there doesn't seem to be a consensus on what the next best UC university is.

As a graduate of UC Berkeley, I can highly recommend it for both Economics and International Affairs! But I am definitely prejudiced. :-) UCLA is terrific also. You should also look at UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz. All have terrific programs. There are other California schools that may fit the bill as well, such as Occidental (one of the best IR department in the nation with a semester in Washington you can do) and Claremont McKenna/Pomona. I hate to recommend Stanford to anyone, as it's near impossible to get into, but their Econ and IR programs are, unsurprisingly, top notch as well. If you want to expand your list to the rest of the country, the options are extensive. But I will limit my answer for now to California.

Please let me know if you need individual help.
